The Brief
T&G Automotive is one of the UK’s leading air tank manufacturers, supplying some of the largest commercial vehicle manufacturers worldwide. While the company has undergone several name changes since its inception in 1981, its commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and first-class service has remained constant. Historically focused on the B2B market, T&G wanted to modernise its website to enhance user experience and expand its reach to B2C customers. This meant introducing e-commerce functionality for the first time, allowing individual customers to browse and purchase products online.

Working closely with the T&G team, we gained a deep understanding of their products, customers, and business ethos. This insight shaped our approach, ensuring the new website provided a seamless experience for both trade and individual customers. We focused on intuitive navigation, allowing users to easily search for products in multiple ways, while also highlighting T&G’s rich heritage and dedicated team.
Our Solution
The new website delivers a clean, modern interface with a user-friendly structure that makes finding products effortless. We designed an enhanced navigation system that allows users to search for products in multiple ways, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience. Product pages are structured to provide comprehensive and easily digestible information, helping customers make confident purchasing decisions. To support users further, we incorporated an FAQ section that addresses common queries and provides additional guidance.
A key functional improvement was the integration of automated shipping calculations, streamlining the checkout process by providing real-time cost estimates. Additionally, the website includes multilingual functionality, with translations available in German and Spanish to cater to an international audience. The final result is a modern, efficient, and visually engaging platform that balances advanced functionality with the personal, customer-focused values that T&G has upheld for decades.

K9 Club, established by Andy more than 9 years ago, benefits from his extensive background as a former police and military dog handler. K9 offer dog training and obedience courses. Faced with a digital landscape where their existing website was outdated and lacked features offered by competitors, K9 Club realised the need for a significant website update to better align with their offerings and capabilities.
Quercus Forest Products
We reenvisaged Quercus’s logo, bringing it up to date, and built a new website from scratch. There’s less clutter, and everything’s more intuitive, in-line with modern standards. We continue to work with Quercus on the provision of content and email marketing, as well as marketing and brand strategy.

GOTA is ‘the speciality coffee shop’ of Vienna. We have been tasked with elevating GOTA’s online presence and make it reflect their beautiful café, as well as replicating the experience customers get when visiting their bricks and mortar shop.
