The Brief
LABEL17 was born in 2017 with a vision of creating accessories from materials in their purest form. Cristina and David, the masterminds behind the brand, want their products to inspire and complement people’s individual looks. LABEL17 is all about unique, timeless, holistic and artisanal pieces designed in Switzerland and made by hand in Marrakesh through a passionate collaboration with skilled artisans.
Our job was to position the brand and its product USPs, as they are the only luxury handwoven leather bags on the market. A functional, minimalistic and beautiful design reflective of LABEL17’s essence, a well thought out user journey enabling product upsells, and an easy to use system that guarantees optimised and automated processing times were all requirements for the brand’s new website.
Our Process
After the initial conversations, a kick-off meeting with the full design team was needed in order to get our heads into LABEL17’s world. Listening to Cristina and David’s passion and vision served as inspiration as much as an understanding of their design preferences, needs, values and customer profiles.
After thoroughly researching their online presence, industry and competitors, we had a clear picture of a site map, that would offer a seamless user journey whether customers want to buy their best seller Shoulder Bag Tresse, accessories to personalize their bags, or wanted to know all about LABEL17’s story and journey.
Our Solution
When LABEL17 contacted us, they needed to elevate their online presence and required a more powerful ecommerce platform to support their volumes and growth. Shopify was the solution that made the most sense from a cost, maintenance, and functionality perspective.
This enabled us to position their amazing products and the craftsmanship that goes into its production. The user-friendly backend configuration of Shopify is a perfect tool to keep track of online and in-store sales and manage the business in an efficient way.

VYN is the epitome of luxury, high quality sneakers, crafted for comfort, design and longevity. Catherine and Stefan created the world’s first repairable sneaker, it was only fitting their website was bound to be as eye-catching, engaging and innovative as their product.
Vintage Trainers
Started in June 2020 during the Covid pandemic, the team at Vintage Trainers realised there was a market for upcycling trainers. But their existing website didn’t reflect the environmentally friendly credentials and community ethos the company was all about.
