The Brief
ShowerClear provides a revolutionary solution for a healthier shower experience, offering the world’s only easy-clean design that prevents mould and bacteria growth by allowing thorough cleaning inside and out.
Steve, the inventor and CEO of ShowerClear, began his career in a very different field. However, his need to address this little-known but serious problem led him down a new path, with his expertise in cars playing a significant role in his innovative creation.
With ShowerClear's upcoming launch on Kickstarter, Steve was keen to update and refresh the ShowerClear website. His main priority was to inform and educate users about the harmful bacteria found in everyday shower heads and to present the simple and effective solution that ShowerClear offers. Additionally, enhancing the user journey and better showcasing the products were key focuses for the new website.
Our Process
We fully immersed ourselves in the world of ShowerClear, understanding the serious issues that the build-up of mould and bacteria can cause. It was essential to communicate that showers, often thought of as clean environments, could actually be harbouring toxic elements.
Thrive developed the branding to give it a modern and fresh feel, which was then seamlessly incorporated across the website. Utilising fresh lifestyle imagery alongside crisp product imagery to highlight the various shower heads and the variety of finishes available was key to the visual presentation.
Additionally, it was important to include space to tell Steve’s backstory, explaining how his need to find a solution led him down this path. Providing users with a dedicated section to read all the medical research was also essential. We also showcased the numerous reviews, news, and press articles in which ShowerClear has been featured, from Oprah to Men's Health, to add significant credibility and interest.

In collaboration with ShowerClear, we we able to elevate their brand to new heights, ensuring their innovative shower heads were the centre of the website. We prioritised simplicity and a well-designed user journey to make navigating the site intuitive and enjoyable. Through stunning imagery, and unique functionality, we highlighted the key features and superior quality of each product.
Our design approach focused on simplicity and elegance, paired with practical functionality. Allowing us to completely transform ShowerClear's online presence, making it not only visually appealing but also user-friendly. The new site effectively showcases their products, providing a seamless experience for customers to explore, learn, and make purchases effortlessly.
